I haven't blogged in awhile. Since December 2009 actually. It is now June 1st and I feel it was about time I began blogging again and writing my thoughts down via technology.
There's been a lot that's happened in 6 months. There was the horrific Haitian disaster, now the world is faced with the continual flow of oil being released into our oceans; BP being unsuccessful in stopping such a horrific disaster. There has also been the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics where Canada saw their largest Gold Medal hall at a winter games and our men brought home gold in Hockey. Our women always rock, so their gold medal win wasn't a surprise. The Stanley Cup finals are currently underway, but since the Penguins lost to the Habs in round 2, I stopped caring.
I've decided to begin blogging about my summer reading. Since I have a stack of books that just keeps growing, I think it will do me good to have a bit of motivation when reading them.
I'm going to begin tomorrow by writing about Kelley Armstrong's Darkest Power YA series which I have already finished. Followed by Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy Series.
