Friday's Fictional Fellas is a new weekly post where we, A and C, argu e about which handsome fictional guy is best. We pick a book, pick a fella, and have a little debate. Enjoy!

Book: Personal Demons Author: Lisa Desrochers Fellas: Luc & Gabe
Frannie Cavanaugh is a good Catholic girl with a bit of a wicked streak. She's spent years keeping everyone at a distance—even her closest friends—and it seems her senior year will be more of the same...until Luc Cain enrolls in her class. No one knows where he came from, but Frannie can't seem to stay away from him. What she doesn't know is that Luc works in Acquisitions—for Hell—and she possesses a unique skill set that has the King of Hell tingling with anticipation. All Luc has to do is get her to sin, and he’s as tempting as they come. Frannie doesn’t stand a chance.
Unfortunately for Luc, Heaven has other plans, and the angel, Gabe, is going to do whatever it takes to make sure that Luc doesn’t get what he came for. And it isn't long before they find themselves fighting for more than just her soul.
But if Luc fails, there will be Hell to pay…for all of them.

We're Team...Luc!
When you think about the choice between Heaven and Hell it all seems pretty simple. At least that's what we thought until Lisa Desrochers introduced us to Lucifer Cain, but we just call him Luc. As you have probably guessed, we happen to agree on this handsome devil. Really though. Who could ever resist those dark features, confidence and dirty little thoughts. Gabe is a really good choice as well. He has a surfer look to him and is just as confident as Luc. So why didn't we choose Gabe?
Well, you see. Luc has a force stronger than good looks on his side; he narrates. Those who have read Personal Demons will know that the narration switches between Frannie, the heroine, and Luc. When it is Luc's turn to narrate, readers get to listen to the fears and desires that keep him on edge. Gabe however is not so lucky. What readers know about Gabe is not from his own thoughts, but rather from the perspectives of a teenage girl with her own desires and from a guy who is Gabe's biggest rival.
If readers had a chance to get inside Gabe's head it might just reveal a side of him that is undeniable. It is possible that Gabe has his own magnetic pull that we have only been able to feel towards Luc. It would sure make things easier if one of us was Team Luc and the other was Team Gabe. We don't need to fight over a fella. So Lisa, if you're listening, please let Gabe narrate too in the next book. For the sake of our friendship, we beg you. ;)
