Waiting on Wednesday (5)

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Breaking The Spine and it allows other bloggers to see  which book releases you are highly anticipating.

So this Wednesday we are showcasing Richelle Mead's Last Sacrifice. This series completely took me (Ashley) by storm at the beginning of the summer. I completely devoured it and found myself laughing, crying and utterly speechless as the last few pages unfolded at the end of Spirit Bound. My heart felt crushed. I'm not sure there has been any other book to play with my emotions quite so much. I left Spirit Bound devastated! Richelle Mead and her cliffhangers I tell ya!! So in honour of my deep need for Last Sacrifice, it is our WOW this week!

Oh and for those who don't know, I'm 110% Team Dimitri. He pretty much tops my all time guys in novels list.

"Murder. Love. Jealousy. And the ultimate sacrifice. Now, with Rose on trial for her life and Lissa first in line for the Royal Throne, nothing will ever be the same between them."

*This blurb has been taken from Goodreads. Richelle has yet to put anything in regards to Last Sacrifice on her website, but the moment she does it will be posted here :)

  2. Dimitri Dimitri Dimitri:) I can't wait for this one, though the title is causing me some stress. I like Adrian, but it's always been Dimitri for me and I was ready to smack him in the last book so he has some work to do in this one to come back in my favor;)

  3. I so can't wait to see how Richelle Mead is going to end the series. I'll be sad to see it end, but I'm glad she's not going to stretch it out.

    Go Team Adrien! ^.~

  4. I thought you might find this bit of information interesting there's a town in Texas, I think, that has completely banned any of Richelle Mead'a books in their libraries including books not published and those not even written yet. My God she must be poisoning the young minds every where! The last week of September is Banned Books Week where libraries celebrate the right to freedom to read anything we want. We should all go to that school and sit on the lawn and pull out complete sets of the books and quietly read them. I haven't read the series but plan to.
