Do you judge a book by its cover?

I try not to judge a book by its cover. That would be like judging a person based solely on appearance. However, this is something which we actually do-  far too much and to say I've never judged a book based on its cover would be a lie. I have, on occasion, judged a book by how it looks. If the cover is captivating and all pretty, I may lean towards purchasing that book over, lets say one that's not as pretty and a little dull. I love covers! Who doesn't? I anticipate months before any new book release, what the cover is going to look like. I will still read books with covers that I don't find particularly appealing, but they just don't look the same on my book case. After all...we have been born and bred in an aesthetically pleasing and wanting society. :(
